HAR from chrome through python

Hi,

    I am working on performance measure of QUIC when compared to other protocols.For that I require to download HAR from chrome through python code.Can anyone suggest a way how to do that? I am trying by using browsermob proxy but could not get results and I am completely new to this field . So can anyone give a good way on how to download HAR from chrome automatically?

    check this https://github.com/cyrus-and/chrome-har-capturer. Thanks for the effort from Andrea Cardaci, you can use this tool to automatically record HAR file from a google-chrome browser.

Thanks for your reply but there is a small problem. I want to download HAR for a youtube video at the end of its duration but the above code downloads the code as soon as the video starts. The maximum that can be done with the above code is we can delay downloading of HAR for a fixed input delay but I don't know the duration or how much time it will take to complete its duration depending on net speed. So are there any other ways using selenium or browsermob proxy to overcome this problem?

I am working on some web tracking issues and I am interested in generating har logs through chrome debugging protocol with python, too. Did you make some progress here or are you able to provide me some tipps what you actually did?

I actually used that Github repository and for my case, I found out the video duration in advance and added another 5 minutes to it and gave it as a delay while starting the HAR download process.
