In this poster we examine the six variables that the project manager needs to be in control of on any PRINCE2 project. The six aspects are: Costs, Timescales, Quality, Scope, Risk and Benefits. Benefits is perhaps the most overlooked of the six aspects. This is about understanding what the purpose of the project is as an investment and making sure that the project’s outputs will result in the desired return. |
