What is the reason of removing PrerenderLocalPredictor from Chromium?

Hi All

It seems that PrerenderLocalPredictor was removed from Chromium in commit https://codereview.chromium.org/1077433002/.

Does somebody konw why ?

Per the linked bug, it was over 2000 lines of unused code, without a whole lot of tests, and no one was likely to use it in the future.

Whether the Predicator of Prerendering from browsing history does not achieve good payback?
