The data collected for some of your histograms have not been used recently. If these histograms are no longer needed, please remove them by submitting a CL with these changes:
1. Remove corresponding instrumentation from the Chrome code
2. Mark the histogram obsolete in tools/metrics/histograms/histograms.xml.
Histograms and rank by storage size (higher percentiles = larger):
Blink.Compositing.LayerPromotionCount.ActiveAnimation (96th percentile by size)
Note from the Chrome Metrics team:
This bug was created and assigned to you because your histograms have not been viewed in the past 90 days. If the histograms are no longer needed, please remove them to help us and Chrome users save resources.
If some of these histograms will still be used, you can remove the unused histograms and mark this bug as "Fixed". We'll remind you again in a few months if the remaining histograms still aren't used.
If you won't be looking at these histograms often, consider subscribing to them via Chirp (go/chirp-subscribe). This provides a signal that they are still being used and we won't file bugs about them in the future. Otherwise, send us an email at chrome-me...@google.com and we can add the histogram to a list to stop sending bugs.

This metric was added last quarter and we still intend to act on it (but haven't
yet).
