Multicast in Browser tests on MacOS

Multicast tests are failing on MacOS bots in chromium. Does anyone know where to dig and is it possible to fix at all?

I have been working on https://github.com/explainers-by-googlers/Multicast-in-Direct-Sockets

We have some multicast capabilities on ChromeApp deprecated platform, but those tests are disabled there, so there are currently no browser tests for Multicast.

Also I experienced a similar problem on Web Platform Tests, where multicast does not work on all desktop platforms.

Looks like at least one net/ multicast test was disabled on OSX relatively recently (https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40189274). I don't think you'll find much multicast expertise on this list. net/ is primarily an HTTP stack for the web.
