I hope this email finds you well.
My name is Ryosuke(ry...@google.com), and I recently joined the Networking team as a SWE intern. I have prepared a Design Document for the task related to supporting the WebSocket protocol in the EmbeddedTestServer. If you have some time, I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the document.

Please note that the document mainly covers the content that will be included in the initial CL of this larger project. As a result, some sections are still incomplete, and there is a considerable focus on specific code details.
