Hi,

I am looking for someone to review some in-progress changes to the Chrome error page, i.e. the "No internet" and related changes. 

The changes will be CrOS specific, but the code lives in src/components/error_page/ (which directs to src/net OWNERS).

We have a proposal doc and are already working with ChromeOS UX on this and we are working on looping in Chrome UX, but I believe that this code may have largely evolved without a lot of explicit UX design so I would like to connect with one or more src/net owners.
