when and where InterfaceRegisty and InterfaceProvider connect?

Hi All
I am a beginner to chromium. I just want to know more about mojom.
As I know from the documents, InterfaceProvider and InterfaceRegistry are connected beforehand.
Could you tell me where is the code they are connected?
