With apologies for the late announcement, our next meeting is today.

In addition to reviewing progress on LDML 48 implementations, we'll continue discussing attributes with reserved identifiers. This is still blocked on getting a passing review.

We'll also discuss #1099, an issue raised by Mihai on the behaviour of the :offset function.
