Short meeting today + End-of-year break + Updated attribute definitions PR

Let's keep today's meeting short, as we've not had much activity since
the last call.

I've updated the attribute definitions PR [1] in line with our
previous discussions. If/once it has some approvals, I intend to merge
it. The plan now is to initially incubate the default attribute
definition work here, and consider later whether it'd be best to
continue with it elsewhere.

After today, our next scheduled calls will be on 2026-01-05 and
2026-02-02. I'll be traveling for most of January, so please let me
know if someone would like to chair a meeting between those dates.

The call was indeed short enough that I won't post the minutes separately, but briefly:

• Tim is still waiting for reviews of icu#3536 to update the ICU4C implementation of MF2.
• We're looking for a Brave Volunteer to try and advance :unit formatting.
• With the sparse meeting schedule for the next few weeks, we'll want to agree on the spec text changes for next Spring's LDML 49 release already at the 5 Jan meeting, if possible. The changes since LDML 48 are seen in this diff, and they consist of:
• Finalize :percent #1100
• Finalize :currency #1101
• Drop u:locale #1102
