Help with "Save Failure" when trying to capture heap profile on mac

Hey memory-dev,
I'm trying to help a Googler debug a Chrome stability issue when using Figma that could help identify the root cause of some out-of-memory crashes we've been seeing. However the Googler is unable to capture a heap profile because of a "Save Failure" after clicking on the "Save dump" button. Would anyone happen to know what could be going wrong? (Or have any advice for another way to find out what is causing the process memory to blow up on this particular user's multiple machines?)
