Thanks for working on this! This needs an intent to ship before landing (as well as a flag). Can you add those?

yoavweiss@ Thanks for the review. I've added a runtime feature flag. I'm working on a ChromeStatus entry for Intent to Prototype, and later Intent to Ship if that’s the correct process. Or do you think going straight to Intent to Ship is sufficient here for this feature?
