Isolated Web App support in the Google Workspace Admin panel

I've tried to follow https://chromeos.dev/en/web/isolated-web-apps?utm_source=pocket_shared#admin-managed, to install our app in our Google Workspace,
but I don't see the "icon of a square inside a square, labeled Add an Isolated Web App" as there. Is this still not generally available?
