Extension support in IWAs and controlled frames

Hi folks! I wanted to check what the expected behavior of Chrome extensions are within the IWA context.

Are extensions loaded in the main frame of an IWA similar to PWAs? Do they load within controlled frames? And do action buttons appear in the title bar?
