Hi all,

Could people from Microsoft & Google review the latest discussion on https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/687 ?
In particular, we’re looking for your feedback on https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/687#issuecomment-385470743

It would be great if we can come to consensus on this feature sooner than later.
