Hi all,Hardware/fleet-wise this does push a little burden on our limited mac arm64 capacity this year, new hardware will be incoming later than usual, so we're going to experience a crunch. Additionally, we were planning to move the Mac CQ to arm64 in 2H of this yr. Since this referenced branch date is in Sept, this means it will be Oct or even Nov when all branched builders phase out Mac11 tasks. While this also extends strain on the manual test team for coverage across more total MacOS versions as we also take on Mac16, I think infra is more of a concern for me.But if trying to scramble to drop earlier is just too much, then no worries and we'll see how to make it work. Thanks,On Thu, Apr 3, 2025 at 1:27 PM Jonathan Pittman <jmpi...@google.com> wrote:I can drop macOS 11 when the only thing targeting it are the luci-go and infra builders that exist only because something else needs that OS version.https://ci.chromium.org/ui/p/infra/builders/ci/infra-continuous-mac-10.15-64

That sounds awesome, thank you Avi!As far as summer vs earlier os drop dates I think early summer, such that branches are wrapping by the end of the summer, is generally good for us.
Thanks,
