Where to file reclient bug?

Hi infra folks,

When building with `use_remoteexec=true`, the build output starts off with the following:

Proxy started successfully.ninja: Entering directory `out/mac_release/'

as opposed to

ninja: Entering directory `out/mac_release/'

This causes vim to not be able to parse the directory change and hence not be able to jump to build errors correctly.

Where should I file this bug? The fix should be as simple as ensuring that there's a newline after "Proxy started successfully", although I can't independently verify as I can't change the output format on my end to test.

Found what is hopefully the right component and filed a bug (likely internal-only, apologies).
