Headless and File Uploads

Hi,

I'm trying to use headless chrome though selenium to do File Uploads and it fails where the screenshot shows no OS File Dialog is ever opened. Works fine if I change to headed chrome. I have tried --headless & --headless=new to no avail. Are there any solutions of any sort?
