--repl supported in headless?

People are reporting issues (http://crbug.com/740343) with using the --repl flag on headles mode. 

This is per https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/04/headless-chrome#repl

Did we ever supported this? I was able to repro the issue in Linux in both Stable and Dev channels

Yeah, that's a headless-specific flag (and worked at some point).

I'm not aware that we intended to remove it. We should probably fix this given that the blog post mentions this mode explicitly :)

Oh, I missed that thanks for pointing it out. It does look like is being broken for a while

Agreed we should fix it, if anyone wants to grab it, do go ahead. Otherwise, I might have some time later in the week to look into it
