OSX ? I was experiencing that before. With Chrome Canary (v.59) the behavior has changed and now I only get the Chrome yellow icon showing up in the taskbar. You may want to give it a try.-- Raffaele

Even if I try from CL, empty white page is displayed. when I checked network log, it says Request is not finished yet.Do I miss any configuration here?

Could you let us know what command you're running exactly? I tested the following on TOT with a Linux machine locally, without issues:chrome --headless --remote-debugging-port=9222 http://wikipedia.org/
