Startup+shutdown of new headless much slower than old headless

It takes ~180 seconds to print 60 simple text mails in HTML format when running --headless=new versus ~60 seconds when running old headless. Is this expected ?

Also, not able to print-to-pdf in new headless mode  while Chrome is already running. Is this expected ? No problem in old headless mode.

New headless iperformance is a known problem and is kind of expected -- starting and shutting down a full fledged Chrome browser instance takes more time than doing so for minimalist browser implementation the old headless is. We're working on this.
