Unable to compile chrome headless shell

Hi guys,

I'm trying to build chrome headless shell on my machine (macOS) and I'm following these instructions (https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/headless/README.md). 

I checked out latest chromium sources and all is good until I try executing:

gn gen out/Debug.

When I execute that command I get the following error:

ERROR Input to targets not generated by a dependency.

The file:

  //out/Debug/icudtl.dat

is listed as an input or source for the targets:

  //content/shell:content_shell_framework_resources

  //chrome:chrome_framework_resources

  //chrome:chrome_framework

  //content/shell:content_shell_framework

but no targets in the build generate that file.

Am I missing some step or something else?

At the moment, macOS/OSX is not a supported platform. There's an earlier thread, though, where Albert Yu mentions compiling within a docker container on OSX, which seemed to work.
