The mouse cursor goes white and is nearly invisible except a small bit on text in text boxes

Hello, I and several others have been having an issue with the text cursor going white (invisible) on white background text input fields. It is very difficult to select text when the cursor is invisible. Can someone from the GPU team please take a look? We have a thread going here which also includes a video download that demonstrates the issue and has steps to reproduce. It seems to be an AMD graphics card exclusive issue. Any assistance from the GPU team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
