Adding graphics-dev because the observable failure is deterministic WebGL context loss.

Hello Android WebView team,

We are experiencing an active production incident involving Android WebView and need your help with at least reporting everything correctly.

I've submitted the issue through both:
1. The dedicated Chromium => Mobile -> WebView template.
2. The standard Chromium Issue Wizard.

Both submissions generated issue IDs, but the reporter account cannot view either issue. They do not appear under “Reported by me”. An attempt to reply to the Buganizer notification was rejected with: “User <niki...@betboom.com> did not have permission to update in component ‘1456407’.”

Reporter account:
niki...@betboom.com

Issue IDs:
- 540886013
541084049

Production impact:
* Approximately 300,000 Android users across Brazil and Mexico.
* Every tested Canvas/WebGL game session fails inside embedded Android WebView.
* All tested devices are affected.
* Current and previous app versions are affected.
* Google Play and directly installed APK builds are affected.
* Non-Canvas content works normally.
* The identical content works in Chrome on the same devices and networks.

Observed error:
ShellError: Rendering issue detected (WebGL context lost) (G1010)

Reproduced with:
1. Android System WebView Stable 150.0.7871.181
2. Android System WebView Beta 152.0.7977.8
3. Pixel 8, Android 16, build CP1A.260505.005
4. Multiple other Android devices

The problem began abruptly around 2026-07-30 11:00 UTC.

Could someone please:
1. Confirm whether either issue was received.
2. Grant the reporter view/comment access or move the report to a publicly accessible component.
3. Route the issue to the Android WebView / WebGL / GPU team.
4. Tell us which bug report, GPU-process logs, minimal reproduction or other diagnostics are required.

We can provide a reproduction video, Android bug report, console logs and a minimal reproduction application.

Thanks,
Nikita

The bug system incorrectly marked these submissions as spam for some reason. I'm not sure why. Maybe because of the "j67z85nx4.com"?

I unmarked them as spam. Should work now.
