Switching default VS generator version to VS2022?

Hi all,

Chunbo@ (cc'ed) has proposed that we change the default version of Visual Studio used with the `gen --ide=` flag to 2022 (from 2019). The older version would still work. This seems reasonable to me. Anyone object?
