Suggestion for the Fugu API Tracker

Hi all,

I just saw the new Fugu API Tracker and absolutely love it! One of my colleagues had a suggestion to improve it further: If an API is currently behind a flag, the tracker could show the exact flag the user needs to enable (e.g., #file-handling, #raw-clipboard, or the general #enable-experimental-web-platform-features). For example, in the tooltip:

Otherwise, you have to open the corresponding web.dev article first and find the appropriate flag there.

I understand that the Fugu Tracker pulls some of the data from chromestatus.com. There's an existing issue (also GitHub) to record feature flags. That seems like a better solution than having the data local to the Fugu Tracker. Of course, we'd still need an issue for the Fugu Tracker to consume that data.
