New UI to provide a richer install experience, including description and screenshots

The current install experience shows a simple install confirmation dialog that only includes the app name and icon. This meager UI offers no insight into what the app does or what the act of ‘Installing’ actually means.

The new install dialog gives developers the chance to add information about the app and a screenshot. When users have more information, they're more likely to install. This dialog will appear on both desktop and mobile.
