Old Bug, V2 Bug 

This feature provides a seamless transition for opening a link inside an installed PWA from other app surfaces in chrome (like tabs in the browser or links on search results).

The feature had previously shipped in M121.  We are reshipping the feature in M132 via finch with bug fixes and handling of some edge cases based on partner feedback.
