New feature in M134: Allowing Shared Storage worklet to read Protected Audience interest groups

We are introducing updates to the Shared Storage API in M134, enabling you to read Protected Audience interest groups from a Shared Storage Worklet.
With M134 buyers can read interest groups inside a Shared Storage worklet. This unlocks buyers' abilities to look across their interest groups as a whole and report on metrics such as how many users have a specific interest group, how many interest groups their users have, or how competitive their campaigns are with each other.
This allows general shared storage data to be read alongside the interest groups to provide the buyers with a better picture of what is happening with their users, and to be reported with Private Aggregate reports. This can be achieved using the newly introduced method interestGroups() in a Shared Storage worklet to return the interest groups belonging to that origin.
The documentation for Shared Storage Implementation as well as the Shared Storage API explainer have been updated to reflect these changes.
