Excluding a CTS sub test?

faft-users, 

For b/153456306 there's a question about excluding a specific CTS subtest from a run. Is there test_that argument for doing this? I know you can be much more granular when using tradefed directly. Test in question, cheets_CTS_P.arm.CtsPrintTestCases which runs https://android.googlesource.com/platform/cts/+/master/tests/tests/print/src/android/print/cts
