Norton Security Tool Bar Extension is marked corrupted with Chrome 59 version

Steps to Reproduce:-

1) Install latest Norton Internet Security product

Installer available in the below path:-
https://us.norton.com/downloads-trial-norton-antivirus

2) Install Norton Security tool bar extension from the below URL:-

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/norton-security-toolbar/cjabmdjcfcfdmffimndhafhblfmpjdpe

3) Launch a new tab and browse to a URL

Result:-
Norton Tool Bar extension is marked as corrupted and disabled

Note:-

1) Issue not seen on Chrome 58
2) Issue is specific to Chrome 59 version
3) Browser console logs and screenshot attached for reference
