Chrome extension with remote server REST api cant pass publish

I'm chrome extension developer.
Currently im trying publish my new extension.
Main job of extension is : convert files from .doc type to pdf .
So use select doc file click conver , extension with cors request send file to my server then user save response converted his doc file from pdf.
The deal is the : remote server domain is verified as homepage for current extension.
Response pdf file saving with help of Blob as described in https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/xhr , https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/contentSecurityPolicy .
Also server's domain added in Content_security_policy and in permissions object inside manifest.json.

And anyway coz im using remote server i cant pass automate review.

I was tried trick , added extension without doc-pdf convert part and it passed with success.
Then add doc-pdf - and it rejected .

Is there any recipe how configure extension with own remote server .
