Approver needed for new API design doc

Hello,

I'm writing a design doc for a new javascript extension API and would like your input on it. The API in question is an authentication API that requests, checks and releases tokens which are acquired via a native UI prompt. This will come in replacement of the quickUnlockPrivate.getAuthToken private API we currently use for auth. 

You can find the doc here. I would like to add at least one person from extension APIs as an approver.
