Hi,

I’m interested in working on the API described in this bug as an external contributor: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1173375

Since there’s already a bug for this, should I open a second bug following the proposal template or is that one sufficient?

rdcronin@, or anyone else on the extensions team, do you have any thoughts on the proposal or would you be able to assign someone to take a look?
