https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1028843#c3Exactly, I can only notice the focus event on the document when UIA is enabled.
However, your test file bug1028843_focusin.html made me realize that there is no focusin event fired when clicking out of the input, but there is still a Windows focus event that is being fired. Using AccEvents, I see that when I click inside the "abc" input and then outside somewhere in the document, there are two events being fired:
UIA:FocusEvent Sender:ControlType:UIA_EditControlTypeID - when we click inside the text box.
UIA:FocusEvent Sender:ControlType:UIA_DocumentControlTypeID - when we click outside the text box.
In other Windows Application, the second event is not fired. I believe it shouldn't be fired for Chromium either.
Thanks for your investigation.
