Page Resources Couldn't Be Loaded

Hello Guys!

In these days seo is going to become very difficult because google has completely changed for web design to web development.

I have made my website http://www.kochiescorts.co.in and verified by google webmaster tools. In google webmaster tool coverage, when i check the live mobile test. I am getting an error that page resources could not be loaded. i have checked manually, every resources are working fine.

I would like to know, why this is happening and what is the solution of this problem?

We are also facing this problem on our website https://webmarketingtools.com/

Later we combined all our CSS and JS using the Light Cache plugin and then our number of page resources reduce and it loaded the complete page.
