Using LitHtml 2's static expressions

Hi all,
Last week I upgraded our codebase to use LitHtml v2. I have now written up a doc exploring how we can take advantage of one of its new features, static expressions, to improve how we structure components that render other components. Please take a look and let me know what you think!
