PSA: Deprecation of 'describeWithRealConnection'

Hi folks,

We already discussed this in various forums but we are making it official now. We are deprecating and removing 'describeWithRealConnection' in unit tests. We migrated most of the existing tests and assigned owners to the last 3 (tracking bug).

Kindly don't add any new tests that use 'describeWithRealConnection' :)
