Request for Comment: "Get to Issues Clean"

Hello devtools-dev,

In line with the email I sent yesterday about Contextual DOM Hints, I've published the second specific explainer for "Get to Issues Clean." Briefly, this feature is aiming to create a mini dev-loop to increase the utility of the Issues tool by creating an automatic resolution-tracking mechanism as part of the view-edit-refresh activity. (This would also hopefully increase Blink developers' incentives to move off of Console errors and into Issues via the CDP Audits domain).

While this feature is not required for the semantic error adorners or integration with Baseline (coming soon), we believe that all of these work together to increase the value of the others. 

We do have an intent to prototype on this project, but it's most likely to come after the DOM Semantic Error Adorners project. Still, I'd like to get comments on this, because it's a bit of a departure from DevTools' conventional UX modality, and of the three projects, I expect that this would be the most likely to generate discussion.
