Requesting design review: Extension Storage in DevTools

Hi all,

I've mentioned to a few folk that I'm interested in implementing UI to view extension storage in DevTools.

Over the last month or so, I found the time to do some refactoring to the extensions codebase, and I believe it's now in a good state to support such a feature.
