Hey folks,
As of crrev.com/c/5313370, std::to_address is now banned in favor of its
wrapper base::to_address. In summary, std::to_address is not guaranteed
to be SFINAE-compatible and its libstdc++ implementation isn't so
indeed.
As further context, Igalia team came across it while maintaining
GCC/libstdc++ build.
Please let us know of any concern or doubt.
