IPng 2026h1 logshards

Hoi folks,

IPng's logs (Sunlight: Rennet2026h1, Gouda2026h1, TesseraCT:
Lipase2026h1, Halloumi2026h1) have passed their write window on
2026-07-01, and will transition off of the hot path in the upcoming
period. Here's our timeline:

2026-07-14: write endpoints start returning 410, ZFS set readonly,
photocamera snapshots of the logs, copy to S3 and ct-archive-serve
2026-07-14: PR to ct-archive and https://ipng.ch/s/ct/
2026-07-28: DNS entries for *.log.ct.ipng.ch removed; Readpath on
*.mon.ct.ipng.ch flipped from ctlog nodes to ct-archive-serve
2026-08-15: ZFS dataset destroyed

Because we started using ct-archive-serve starting with 2025h2, the
*.mon.ct.ipng.ch entries and URLs should remain available throughout,
albeit not cached by CDN. I'd love to hear feedback if on the dates
above something unexpected happens for CAs or monitors.
