Yeti2025 and Nessie2025 performance improvements

DigiCert was notified of slowness in our Yeti2025 and Nessie2025 logs late last week. We have made changes to the applications to reduce the number of returned entries from 256 to 32. This has resulted in significantly improved performance.

We will continue to monitor performance across our logs.

Hi Chuck,

What are the rate limits on get-entries? Since this change, I've
only been able to average 64 entries per second from a single client
IP address. Since Yeti 2025 is growing by more than 80 entries per second,
it's now impossible to keep up with the growth.
