Apple CT Log Policy and Program Updates

Hello all,

Apple’s Certificate Transparency Policy (https://support.apple.com/103214) has been updated, mostly just noting that (for now) at least one SCT from a RFC 6962-compliant log needs to be included in the SCTs presented with a TLS certificate.

Alongside this, Apple’s Certificate Transparency Log Program (https://support.apple.com/103703) has also been updated, ensuring that static-ct-api CT logs can be submitted for inclusion.
