Halloumi, Lipase, Gouda, Rennet 2025h2 archival

Hoi folks,

Quick update - we have archived the 2025h2 IPng logshards:
- Rennet and Lipase are our staging/test logs; Gouda and Halloumi are
our production logs
- removed tesseract and sunlight entries for write-path
- ${log}.log.ct.ipng.ch removed from DNS and nginx
- ZFS datasets frozen, photocopier run, copied to S3, copied to
additional VM
- ${log}.mon.ct.ipng.ch is now served from ct-archive-serve from that VM

Fillipo: Do you recommend I add rennet/lipase also to
https://github.com/geomys/ct-archive/README.md ?

For folks that are still tailing these logs, let me and the list know if
you see a difference between serving-from-filesystem (before today) and
serving-from-ZIP (from today) for these 2025h2 shards.

Probably not, my guess is that most consumers are interested only in production logs, but happy to be told otherwise if anyone has a use case for test log archives.
