New CT Logs Approved - Rocketeer, Certly.io, Izempe

In the past two weeks, three new logs have been approved for inclusion within Chromium-based projects, having successfully completed applications and undergone compliance monitoring.

They are:

- Google's Rocketeer Log [1]

- Certly.IO's Log [2]

- Izempe's Log [3]

Certificate Authorities may use these logs to log certificates in accordance with the policies set out on the (current) EV/CT Plan at [4].

Please note that these logs will take time before they're part of an official Chrome release. Google's and Certly's are scheduled for Chrome 43, and Izempe's is scheduled for Chrome 44.
