Let's Encrypt Static CT Log Maintenance

Hi everybody,

Let's Encrypt will be upgrading the Twig (staging), Sycamore, and Willow sunlight CT logs today, 2026-05-22, beginning at 2PM EST. There will be several minutes of downtime for each log as the underlying Amazon EC2 instance gets automatically rebuilt. I'll post an update once all logs have been upgraded.
