Needs-Reduction hotlist?

The instructions still say to add the Needs-Reduction but since the move to Buganizer it looks like that label didn't get migrated to a hotlist like other Needs-* labels? Or am I just missing where it is?

What should we do with vague "this massive app sometimes fails for unknown reasons" type bugs? e.g. b/336960310

The anchor text is just out of date. The label exists.

If you and testers can't reproduce it, and it's unclear if it is a bug in Chrome at all, then I'd consider politely closing as not actionable. I also left a comment aiming in this direction.

It's a customfield? I don't see in the UI how I'd add that label? I would have expected this to be a hotlist like Need-Feedback...

The official docs recommend adding the common hotlists to your "known hotlists" settings (or something like that). After that I think it's easier to add the hotlist?
