Last minute shift swap

Apologies, I'm going on leave starting Monday and just realized I have a rotation shift on Nov 10-11 (also on Dec 10-13) which I won't be able to make.

I realize it's last minute but could someone cover triage on those days? Would be happy to take extra shifts in the new year as penance for my tardy notice.
