Automatic behavior

I'm seeing some unexpected automatic behaviors:

1) e.g. crbug.com/459757895 - for some reason the bot keeps moving this and similar bugs into Blink (it's an ios bug, I can't find any hotlist or other field that would cause this...). Everytime I move it back to an iOS component the bot puts it back into Blink...is there a way to override it

2) Moving bugs from UI to Blink component seems to automatically add Test-WebTest. e.g. crbug.com/460074617

Who can adjust/fix issues like this?

There is a way. Set the iOS-Triage-Mistake (7489137) hotlist.

Is this perhaps related to the bug triage assistant work that +Sam Saccone emailed about this summer ("Beta Launch: AI Automation for Bug Triage Now Available – Introducing the Bug Agent Platform (BAP)")? I've not seen that behavior elsewhere myself...

This looks like anabase and peeps-tidy-bug conflicting - neither of these however are running through the aforementioned bug agent platform

For the record, TidyBug isn't changing the issue's component, it's updating the component tags to match the component changes anabase does.
